 Keiko Pogoni grew up in a village in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. After marrying a New Zealander she and her husband lived in the Kingdom of Tonga for 7 years prior to settling in New Zealand. They and their 4 children now live in a coastal community an hour north of Auckland. She enjoys bright colours and clean images in landscapes. She uses these to capture with dramatic clarity and brilliance the imagery of the Pacific |
